The DZQ-6002SA double-chamber vacuum sealer is an advanced and efficient packaging device designed for vacuum sealing food, pharmaceuticals, and other products. It features two independently operated vacuum chambers, allowing users to handle multiple bags simultaneously, thereby significantly improving work efficiency and production capacity.

Check the Equipment: Ensure the double-chamber vacuum sealer is connected to the power supply and verify that the equipment is functioning correctly.
Set Temperature and Time: Adjust the vacuum time settings on the machine as needed (if the device supports these adjustments).
2. Prepare Packaging Materials:
Select Bags: Choose suitable vacuum bags or packaging materials, ensuring they are the right size for the vacuum chambers.
Place Products: Insert the products into the vacuum bags, making sure the bag openings are neat and free of wrinkles.
3. Operating Steps:
Insert Bags: After placing the products in the bags, position the bag openings on the sealing bars in one of the vacuum chambers.
Select Chamber: Choose the chamber you wish to use for the current packaging (switch between the two chambers as needed).
Start Vacuuming: Close the chamber lid and start the machine. The device will automatically extract air and complete the sealing process.
Prepare the Next Batch: While one chamber is sealing, you can prepare the next batch of products in the other chamber.
4. Check Sealing Quality:
Inspect Seal: After sealing is complete, check the vacuum bags to ensure the seals are intact and there are no leaks or uneven areas.
Verify Vacuum Level: Ensure all air has been removed from the bags and that the products are tightly sealed with no noticeable air pockets.
5. Complete the Operation:
Remove Products: Carefully remove the sealed products from the vacuum chamber.
Prepare for Next Batch: Place new products into the other chamber to start the next round of packaging.
6. Cleaning and Maintenance:
Clean the Chambers: After each use, clean the inside of the vacuum chambers, especially the sealing bars and heating elements.
Inspect the Equipment: Regularly check all parts of the equipment for wear or damage.
Maintain the Vacuum Pump: Inspect and maintain the vacuum pump to ensure it operates properly.
